2023年於希臘考獲美國瑜伽聯盟RYT200瑜伽導師,6歲開始練習芭蕾舞,2018年起修習瑜伽。早年因跳舞和形體累積不少傷患,成為針灸推拿與物理治療的常客,後來發現瑜伽能幫助了解自己身體,除了學懂如何紓緩肌肉拉傷,亦領悟到量力而為的重要性,要好好聆聽身體給自己的訊息,毋須急於達到目標而忽略過程。

A Qualified RYT 200 Yoga Teacher from the US Yoga Alliance who started practising Yoga since 2018 and completed teacher training in Greece 2023. Yoga helps her with body realignment and mental calmness, realising that the process should be valued over the result.

Vinyasa Yoga 流瑜伽

  • 整體節奏較快
    Active pace

  • 透過保持有規律的呼吸節奏,配合連續不間斷的瑜伽動作,達至寧靜專注的冥想狀態,有助紓緩壓力,提高身體靈活性
    It helps to relieve stress and improve body flexibility by regulating breaths and continuous yoga movements

Stretching Yoga 伸展瑜伽

  • 整體節奏放緩
    Gentle pace

  • 主要針對肩膀和髖關節,透過循序漸進地拉筋伸展,令肌肉和筋膜放鬆,提高身體柔韌度和靈活度
    It gradually stretches and relaxes muscles, mainly targeting on shoulders and hip joints

  • 適合肢體較僵硬和長期久坐的上班族
    Suitable for office workers or whom has stiff limbs
